Our story

At Soba Totto we serve handcrafted, freshly-made Soba Noodles (Ni-Hachi buckwheat noodles) and Yakitori (Grilled chicken on skewers with a storied history), along with other Japanese bites.

We serve a variety of healthy traditional Japanese Izakaya cuisine in a fun and casual setting.

Traditional Japanese soba

The charm of traditional soba lies in its simple yet sophisticated flavor. Handmade soba requires craftsmanship and skill, and the flavor and texture vary depending on how the soba is made and cut.

The flavor of soba is characterized by its distinctive aroma and the fragrant flavor felt with each bite.

Oyako-don – popular Japanese rice bowls

Oyako-don is a traditional Japanese dish consisting of a bowl of white rice topped with chicken and egg cooked in a sweet and spicy sauce.

In Japanese, “Oyako” mean parent and child. This dish combines chicken (the parent) and the egg (the child), symbolizing the bond between parent and child or family.
